End User License Agreement
This End User License Agreement (“EULA”) is a legal agreement between you (“Licensee”) and Kensa Digital (“Licensor”) for the KensaSocial paid software product and related publishing services. By purchasing a subscription, activating a license key, or using production publishing features, you agree to this EULA.
This EULA governs your commercial use of KensaSocial. It is separate from any open-source licenses that may apply to portions of the source code repository (for example MIT). Open-source licenses do not grant rights to use production license verification, publishing relay, or other paid services.
Subscription grant
Subject to payment of applicable fees and compliance with this EULA, Licensor grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:
- Install and run the KensaSocial software on devices you own or control, within the activation limits associated with your subscription
- Use the software to schedule and publish content to connected social platforms through Licensor’s verification and publishing services
- Access updates and support channels made available for your subscription tier
Your subscription is processed through Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record. The Launch plan is currently offered at $39/month with a 7-day free trial, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Acceptable use
You agree to use KensaSocial only for lawful purposes and in accordance with our Terms of Service. Without limiting those Terms, you must not:
- Share, resell, sublicense, or redistribute license keys beyond permitted device activations
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the publishing relay, gatekeeper service, or license verification infrastructure
- Redistribute, republish, or operate the gatekeeper, verification, or publishing services as a standalone product or for third parties
- Circumvent usage limits, fair-use policies, or security controls
- Use the software to publish unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or spam content
You remain solely responsible for content you schedule and publish through your connected accounts.
Restrictions on redistribution
The KensaSocial software, gatekeeper service, and associated publishing infrastructure are proprietary. This EULA does not grant you any right to:
- Host, mirror, or operate the gatekeeper or publishing relay for others
- Remove or alter license verification, branding, or security mechanisms
- Distribute modified builds that bypass subscription or activation requirements
Nothing in this EULA prevents you from using the software on your own machines for your own publishing workflows within the scope of your subscription.
Intellectual property
KensaSocial, its branding, documentation, gatekeeper service, and non-open-source components are owned by Licensor and its licensors. This EULA grants only the limited rights expressly described here. All other rights are reserved.
Termination
This EULA remains in effect while your subscription is active and in good standing. Licensor may suspend or terminate your license if you breach this EULA or the Terms of Service, fail to pay subscription fees, or engage in abuse that harms the service or other customers.
Upon termination:
- Your right to use production publishing and license verification services ends immediately
- You may retain local copies of the software and your vault data on your devices, subject to applicable open-source licenses for any open-source components
- Connected platform tokens managed through the publishing service may be revoked or become unusable for automated publishing
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your Lemon Squeezy customer account. Cancellation stops future billing; access continues through the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated at checkout.
Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KensaSocial and related services are provided “as is” and “as available”. Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.
Licensor does not warrant uninterrupted operation, compatibility with every system configuration, or continued availability of third-party social platform APIs. Beta features may change or be withdrawn without notice.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Licensor shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising from your use of the software or inability to publish content.
Licensor’s total liability for any claim arising under this EULA shall not exceed the amount you paid to Licensor for the subscription in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Related policies
This EULA should be read together with our Terms of Service (including refund policy) and Privacy Policy. If there is a conflict between this EULA and the Terms regarding commercial licensing or software use rights, this EULA controls for those topics.
Changes
Licensor may update this EULA from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated date. Continued use of paid features after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised EULA.
